My personal philosophy is anchored in optimism. I believe in collaboration and being provocative at times. The result is better policy.
I will work to KEEP DUES LOW . The silent majority sees their annual, $1 ,560 HOA dues as a tax. I will avoid personal agendas and apply the provisions of the governing documents consistently and without prejudice.
EDUCATION…BA-U of Minnesota, MS-University of Southern California, PhD-Claremont Graduate University. Graduated from the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth and the Army War College, Carlisle`, PA.
EXPERIENCE…Hands-on experience as it relates to the Estates, includes ; extensive experience in budgeting and fund accounting, the hospitality industry and parks and recreation.
